A: Access is typically by appointment during business hours. For long-term clients, 24/7 access can be arranged (where applicable).

Q: How do I reserve a space?
A: You can reserve online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your spot or you can book on our website.

Security & Safety

Q: Is the facility secure?
A: Yes. We have 24/7 CCTV, gated access, perimeter fencing, alarm systems, and staff on-site or on-call.

Q: Is my vehicle insured while in storage?
A: You are responsible for insuring your vehicle. Some facilities offer optional insurance or require proof of your own policy. We are insured against damage caused by our staff or other damage whilst the vehicle is with us.

Q: Are fire safety and pest control measures in place?
A: Yes. We conduct regular pest control and comply with all local fire regulations to keep your vehicle safe.

Services Offered

Q: Do you offer maintenance or cleaning?
A: Yes. We can provide battery charging, tyre checks, engine start-ups, exterior/interior cleaning, and preparation for road trips as well as submitting your vehicle for an ITV test and carrying out prechecks.

Q: Can I get my vehicle delivered or picked up?
A: We offer vehicle transport and collection/drop-off services by request and with prior arrangement.

Q: Do you offer electrical hook-ups or charging for motorhomes?
A: Yes, selected bays include 230V electric hook-up points suitable for keeping batteries maintained or running basic appliances.

Q: What does it cost to store a motorhome or camper?
A: Prices vary by size, storage type (indoor vs. outdoor), and duration. Indoor motorhome storage starts from €75–€120/month. Discounts are available for long-term storage.

Q: Are there minimum or maximum rental periods?
A: The minimum is usually one month. We offer flexible long-term rates, including seasonal or yearly options.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and recurring billing for long-term clients.

Preparation & Requirements

Q: What do I need to bring when storing my vehicle?
A: Bring your ID, proof of ownership, insurance details, and your registration document (logbook).

Q: How should I prepare my vehicle for storage?
A: We recommend:

• Cleaning inside and out

• Disconnecting the battery (if not on trickle charge)

• Checking tyre pressure

• Waste cassette emptied and clean

• Closing all windows and roof vents

• Emptying water tanks and securing gas bottles

Q: Can I store personal belongings inside the vehicle?
A: Yes, but we advise removing valuables and anything perishable. The facility is secure, but you are responsible for your belongings.
